Starting January 1^st 2023, Puyallup School District will no longer be accepting payments made over the phone. Listed below are other options to pay your Self Pay premiums:

• Paying with a debit or credit card online using the PSD Payment Portal.

• Paying in person at Building 109 by either cash, check, debit card, or credit card.
• Filling out a Self Pay Auto Checking Withdrawal form.
