Procurement / Open Bids
The Puyallup School District Purchasing department partners with Public Purchase, a Web-based eProcurement service for government agencies and their vendors. For district vendors, this eProcurement system provides automatic notification and transmittal of bid solicitations to vendors.
To view or respond to a solicitation, a vendor must first be registered with Public Purchase. Click to read the Vendor Registration Instructions. Once registered, click the appropriate listing to log in to view or respond to the solicitation.
Procurement (P) Cards
District staff members who frequently purchase goods for the district are eligible to receive and use a Procurement Card (P-Card), after appropriate authorization from their supervisor and the Accounting department. The P-Card may be used with any qualified merchant who accepts Visa cards.
