Focus Family Portal (New This Year)

Enrollment Verification
Every family is required to complete the annual Enrollment Verification form in the Focus Family Portal. Please review and update all contact information and student data to ensure it is accurate and current. Completion of this form is also required before families can access and submit the Student Technology Agreement, which is necessary for students to receive a device.

Student Schedules & Classroom Assignments
Secondary student schedules will be available beginning August 17 in Focus. Elementary classroom assignments will be available August 26 and families will receive an email with teacher assignment information.

Open House Events
Schools have planned open house events where families can meet teachers, tour campuses and prepare for the first day of school. Click the link above to view your school's schedule.

School Supply Lists
School supply lists are available on each school's website and through our district supply list page.

Bus Transportation
Bus routes and stop information will be available beginning August 17 through the StopFinder mobile app.

Health, Safety & Student Support

Immunizations
Washington law requires students to meet immunization requirements before attending school. The district will also host a free walk-in immunization clinic on August 24, at Aylen Junior High.

Attendance Matters
Regular attendance is one of the strongest predictors of student success. Establishing good attendance habits from the first day of school helps students stay engaged and on track throughout the year.

Student Handbook
Review the Rights and Responsibilities Student Handbook for important information about school expectations, student conduct and district policies.

Safety & Security
Providing safe, welcoming learning environments remains one of the district's highest priorities.

Translation Services
Families have the right to receive school communications in their preferred language, including translated documents and interpreter services.

Meals & Student Services

School Meals
Families can manage meal accounts, make payments and receive low-balance notifications through EZSchoolPay.

Students attending Community Eligibility Provision schools receive breakfast and lunch at no cost. Families are still encouraged to complete a meal benefits application to access additional student benefits and fee reductions.

Meal Benefits Application
Families who qualify for meal benefits may also qualify for reduced fees for athletics, ASB cards, student device protection and other programs. Applications must be completed annually. Apply through our EZMealApp.

Meal Menu App
Health-e Pro provides interactive school menus, nutrition information, allergens and translations in more than 180 languages.

Childcare

Before and After School Care
Right At School provides before- and after-school childcare for elementary students.

Athletics & Student Activities

Athletics and Activities
Students participating in athletics should review eligibility requirements, complete athletic clearance and pay applicable participation fees before the season begins.

Families qualifying for meal benefits must also complete the Consent to Share form to receive athletic and participation fee waivers.

Technology & Communication

ParentSquare
ParentSquare is the district's primary communication platform for email, text and app notifications.

Family Apps
Access quick links to the district's most frequently used applications from one convenient webpage.

Laptop Protection
All students receive district laptop protection at no cost. Families should complete the Student Laptop Responsible Use Agreement before device checkout.

Technology Support
Students and families can receive technology support by phone, email or in person through the EdTec HelpDesk.
