Student Schedules Available August 17 & 26: Access Them Through the New Focus Parent Portal

As we prepare for the start of the 2026-27 school year, returning families should note that Home Access Center (HAC) is no longer available. Beginning with the 2026–27 school year, Puyallup School District has transitioned to Focus, our new student information system.  

Focus is where families will access student schedules, attendance, grades, report cards, and other important student information throughout the school year. We encourage families to create their Focus Parent Portal account now so they're ready when schedules are released.  

When will schedules be available? 

Student schedules will be available in the Focus Parent Portal on the following dates: 

• Secondary schools (grades 7-12): Monday, August 17

• Elementary schools (grades K-6): Wednesday, August 26 

These dates represent when schedules are considered finalized for family viewing. 

Set up your Focus Parent Portal account 

We encourage all families to create their Focus Parent Portal account before schedules are released. 

Through the Parent Portal, you'll be able to view your student's class schedule, monitor attendance, access report cards and test scores, and stay connected with important student information throughout the school year.

To get started: 

• Visit the Focus Parent Portal Registration webpage. 
   
• Select Register and create your account using your email address. 
   
• Link your student by entering their Student ID and date of birth. If you do not know your student's ID, please contact your school office for assistance. 

You can also download the PSD Focus mobile app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store for convenient access from your phone or tablet.

A note about schedule information 

As we complete the transition to our new system, some preliminary schedule information may appear in connected applications before the official schedule release dates listed above. 

Please note that any information available before August 17 (secondary) or August 26 (elementary) should be considered preliminary. Course and teacher assignments may continue to change as schools finalize enrollment, staffing, and class balancing. 

For the most accurate and up-to-date information, please refer to your student's schedule in the Focus Parent Portal on the official release date.
