2025 STEAM Celebration

Save the date and get ready to ignite your passion for science, technology, engineering, arts, and math (STEAM) at the upcoming PSD STEAM Celebration!  

On Saturday, May 3, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., we will host an exciting free event at Firgrove Elementary for all PSD students and families to explore and celebrate the wonders of STEAM education.

What to Expect

This event will highlight the innovative learning experiences already taking place in our classrooms and feature hands-on activities and demonstrations provided by school and community organizations.

From exploring the latest technology to discovering the science behind everyday phenomena, the PSD STEAM Celebration will inspire students to develop critical thinking skills and creativity while fostering a love for learning. 

In addition to showcasing the practical applications of STEAM, the event will also highlight the importance of community partnerships in supporting education. By bringing together students, educators, and local organizations, this event will celebrate the collective efforts to prepare our youth for the challenges and opportunities of the 21st century.

Vendors and Volunteers Needed

The PSD STEAM Celebration is a community effort, and we need your help to make it a success!

We are currently seeking vendors who can provide engaging and interactive STEAM-related activities or demonstrations – and volunteers to assist with event setup, facilitation, and cleanup.
