Puyallup High Senior Earns Rensselaer Medal, One of the Nation’s Top STEM Honors

"A young man stands with two adults, holding an award certificate.

Congratulations to Riley Saxowsky, a Puyallup High School senior, recently recognized as a Rensselaer Medal recipient by Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI), one of the oldest technological universities in the world.

The Rensselaer Medal honors exceptional high school students who have distinguished themselves in mathematics and science and have demonstrated the potential to excel in the fields of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM).

This prestigious honor, earned by only 10% of RPI students, includes a significant four-year merit scholarship toward attendance at the historic university.

Please join us in congratulating Riley as he represents the Puyallup School District with such distinction.
