Join us for our PSD Health and Community Resources on September 23 from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. at Rogers High School, 12801 86th Ave. E.
What Will Be Offered at the Health and Community Resource Fair?
We will be offering:
- Sports physicals
- Immunizations
- Hearing and vision screenings
- Health and wellness checks
- Dental screenings
There will also be free community resources and information available for students residing within the Puyallup School District. Appointments are encouraged as space is limited.
How Do I Register for Sports Physicals and Immunizations?
