Picture Your Future: Post-High School Planning Night

Picture Your Future is an informative and engaging event designed to help students and families navigate the next steps after high school.

Whether you are considering military service, entering the workforce, exploring trades and apprenticeships, or aiming for highly selective colleges, this event is for you. Join us to explore various pathways, financial aid opportunities, and strategies for maintaining mental wellness.

What to Expect

• Dinner 4:30 – 5:30 p.m. - Start the evening with a free dinner provided by Communities In Schools. Connect with other families and explore available resources before workshops begin.
• Workshops - Beginning at 5:35 p.m., 30-minute workshops will run simultaneously throughout the evening. Choose the topics that interest you most and move between sessions throughout the night.
  • Session 1: 5:35 – 6:10 p.m.
  • Session 2: 6:15 – 6:50 p.m.
  • Session 3: 7:00 – 7:30 p.m.
• Workshop Topics - Career and Trades Pathways, Military Options, College and Apprenticeships, Financial Aid: FAFSA and Scholarships, Mental Wellness and Supports, Student and Professional Panels, and more!

Open to All: This event is open to all families in the Puyallup School District, regardless of age or feeder school. No registration is required.
