Participate in Our Superintendent Search: Share Your Input & Complete the Leadership Profile Survey by Feb. 4

The Puyallup School District Board of Directors is committed to finding the best candidate for the district's next superintendent. As part of this effort, we invite our community to share their perspectives and participate in the selection process.  

To lead the search, the Board has partnered with Northwest Leadership Associates (NWLA), a firm specializing in superintendent searches throughout the Pacific Northwest. The search process will provide multiple opportunities for staff, students, families, and community members to contribute their thoughts on the qualities and priorities they value most in the district’s next leader. 

One way to share your input is by participating in a Leadership Profile Survey, available online through February 4, 2026. This survey will help identify the core values desired in the next superintendent and is available in several languages. To access the survey, please click the links below:
