Free Walk-In Immunization Clinic

The Puyallup School District (PSD) is partnering with Acts Pharmacy to host a free vaccination clinic on Monday, August 24, 2026, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., at the Aylen Junior High Library.

This clinic is open to all PSD students and will offer all vaccines necessary for school attendance.

Important Details

  • Walk-ins Welcome: (while supplies last) 

  • Cost: Free. Insurance will be billed if available. No out-of-pocket cost to families. 

  • Health Room teams have begun contacting families of students who are currently out of compliance. If your child needs an updated vaccine, we encourage you to register early. 

Complete the Immunization Consent Form ASAP

Before a student can receive vaccines at the clinic, a parent or guardian must submit a consent form. Completing it in advance saves time and ensures your child can be vaccinated.
