Earn a Varsity Letter in Volunteer Service!

Did you know PSD Students in grades 7-12 can earn a varsity letter by giving back to our community?

The Puyallup School District's Varsity Letter in Volunteer Service Program recognizes students participating in at least 150 unpaid community service and volunteer hours.

Examples of community service include:

  • Communities In Schools
  • March Gladness Projects
  • Hospitals
  • Non-profit Animal Services
  • Any healthcare/illness-related non-profits
  • Non-profit environmental agencies
  • Senior Centers/Assisted Living Non-Profits
  • City beautification projects
  • Museums
  • Veterans services
  • Sports-related community service hours
  • Mission Trips
