2026 Student Perception Surveys: May 18-31

The Puyallup School District will administer its annual Student Perception Survey for students in grades 3-12 between May 18 and May 31.

This information is being shared in advance so families have an opportunity to review the survey and contact the school if they prefer their child not participate.

The survey helps us better understand student experiences, including teaching and learning, school climate, and overall well-being. This feedback plays an important role in identifying strengths and areas for growth at both the school and district level. Families may preview the student survey questions here.

If you prefer that your child not participate, please contact your school's main office, prior to May 18.
