2026 Spring Stakeholder Survey Now Open May 18-31

Beginning May 18 and continuing through May 31, the Puyallup School District invites students, staff, and families to participate in our annual stakeholder input surveys.

Your feedback helps us identify strengths and opportunities for growth across our schools.

Students in grades 3-12 will have the surveys administered in class. Families may preview the student survey questions here.

The Stakeholder Surveys provides valuable insight into perceptions of teaching and learning, school culture and climate, and student experiences in the classroom. The district encourages participation from all employees, including those working in schools, support services, operations, transportation, technology, maintenance, nutrition services, administration, and other district departments.

Based on feedback from previous years, a district committee reviewed and refined the survey to improve clarity and reduce completion time. All questions now use a consistent rating scale, and the overall length has been shortened to help reduce survey fatigue. Staff surveys no longer include open-ended questions; instead, employees are encouraged to share additional feedback through the “Share Your Voice” form. Family surveys will continue to include optional open-ended responses.

Staff and family survey responses are anonymous. Student survey responses are identifiable so that schools can follow up when needed to support student safety and well-being.

Your voice plays an important role in helping us understand what is working well and where we can improve. Thank you for taking the time to participate.
