Welcome to the Brickhouse Bistro, a student-operated café at Puyallup High School, where culinary arts students prepare and serve handcrafted meals and baked goods for the community.

Enjoy seasonal favorites freshly made by our student chefs:

• Personal Pizza – Built to order with your choice of meats and vegetables. Allow up to 10 minutes. ($10)

• Fire-Roasted Italian Sandwich – Served on house-made focaccia with pepperoni, Italian sausage, salami, provolone, and tomato sauce, or choose a roasted vegetable version. ($10)

• Desserts – Fresh-baked Snickerdoodle cookies. ($2)

• Drinks – Hot spiced cider, assorted teas, and Valhalla Roasters Viking Blend coffee. ($2)

• Bottled water – ($1)

Every Friday, our bistro transforms into a cozy bakery celebrating the Swedish art of Fika, a tradition of pausing to enjoy coffee, tea, and sweet treats with friends or colleagues.

• Assorted cookies, bars, muffins, and other baked goods (selection and prices vary)

• Tea and Valhalla Roasters coffee ($2)

• Bottled water ($1)
