Out-of-District Waivers

Parents/guardians have the right to appeal a denied or revoked waiver request.

Email a letter to middltr@puyallupsd.org within five business days of receipt of the denial notification.

Tonya Middling, Director of Student Support, will review your appeal request within 15 school days.  A written decision will then be issued.

Transportation is the responsibility of the parent/guardian. Out of district students are not able to utilize the Puyallup School District bus services.
