In-District Transfers
Overview
Students who live in the Puyallup School District and wish to attend a school other than their resident school in the next school year must complete the appropriate in-district transfer request and submit.

Starting Tuesday, December 10, families can submit an In-District Transfer Request or Out-of-District Waiver for junior high and high school students for the 2025-26 school year.
Are In-District Transfers Closed at Some Schools?
Due to overcrowding and high enrollment, not every school in the Puyallup School District is open for in-district transfers.
Applications for enrollment in a closed school will automatically be denied unless you are a district employee requesting a transfer for your student to attend the school where you are assigned to work. Transfer requests for any of the schools below will be automatically denied. If you wish to enroll your student in one of those schools, please provide a 1st and 2nd choice of schools that are currently open.
