Technology Team

The 1:1 Device Program is responsible for purchasing, deploying, configuring, and maintaining all student computers in the district. The district has provided a computer for every student and staff member since 2019.

The Account Management team provides access to network resources and manages user accounts. Industry best practices are followed in order to provide the best user experience with technology.

The Data Systems team is responsible for managing electronic records as well as providing reporting and analytics capabilities. Data storage systems ensure availability, security, and integrity.

The Help Desk team is the first point of contact for district students, staff, and families. Accessible via ticketing system, phone, or email, this team ensures that user requests are handled in a friendly, efficient manner.

The Library Information and Technology Program promotes a culture of reading, teaches digital citizenship, and supports student academic learning. This program ensures that students are effective users and producers of information and ideas.

This team installs and maintains data and voice communications. Network infrastructure is the backbone of our digital environment, enabling reliable connectivity and resource sharing.

The On-site Technical Support team provides building support to schools and support sites with troubleshooting, testing, repairing, and training for technology equipment. Technicians are skilled with desktop and laptop computers, sound systems, displays, printers, and other specialized equipment.

The security team is responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving Internet safety, data privacy, and cybersecurity posture. This team ensures that the district's digital assets are protected and that we are in compliance with data security/privacy laws.

The Applications team supports systems that are used for teaching, learning, management, productivity, and collaboration. This team ensures that software used within the district runs smoothly and effectively.

Technology Procurement is responsible for managing budget, assets, and resource lifecycles. Centralizing the purchasing of technology-related products and services ensure standardization, and improved cost, vendor, and inventory management.
