Password Reset

Looks like you are having problems resetting your password using our Self-Service Password Reset tool (SSPR). At this point, a visual confirmation is required to reset your password.

Students

Your building Technology Library Para can assist you with resetting your password.

Once your password has been reset, please go to My Sign-Ins | Security Info | Microsoft.com to update your SSPR settings so you can reset your own password.

Staff

Please request your Technology Library Para, office staff or co-worker to contact the Help Desk for a Teams video chat or schedule an in-person appointment with EdTec.
