Puyallup Protection Plan
Like textbooks, team uniforms and other school property, students are responsible for the appropriate care of the laptop. While a laptop is no different than a textbook, it does represent an increased cost to the district and liability to students and parents.
Starting this school year (2024-25), all students will receive the Puyallup Protection Plan (P3) and its benefits at no cost (e.g., accidental damage coverage, deductible coverage for stolen laptops with a police report, etc.).
Students will return the Student Laptop Responsible Use and Safety Agreement Form signed at their 1:1 device checkout or families may digitally sign and acknowledge through Home Access Center (HAC) prior to checking out a laptop.
