Overview
Puyallup School District welcomes community use of school facilities and fields for meetings, practices, and events outside of school hours. This page explains how to request space, required forms and insurance, fees and payment timelines, and the rules that keep our buildings safe and accessible for everyone.

Our goal is to make your use of Puyallup School District (PSD) facilities positive, safe, and seamless. Failure to follow these rules may result in termination of current use or denial of future applications.

- Community Calendar - Users can access the of facility availability calendar and create and access their rental reservation account to view, request, and manage facility use for the district.
- Rental Request Help Videos - This video series provides an overview of the CommunityUse system, guiding users through account access, submitting facility requests, and making online payments.
- Price and Fee Schedule - Outlines facility rental rates, student fees, and program costs.
- Field Maps - Provides an overview of available district athletic fields, showing field numbers, layouts, and access points to help community groups identify and request specific locations for facility use.
- Proof of Liability Insurance - The Puyallup School District requires all facility users and volunteer groups to provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance naming PSD as both the Certificate Holder and an Additional Insured, with coverage limits of $1 million per occurrence and $2 million aggregate . Groups without coverage must obtain Special Events Insurance that meets these same requirements.
- Concussion/Cardiac Form - Non-profit youth sports groups must submit a Statement of Compliance with their facility use application, as required by state law (RCW 28A.600.190 and RCW 28A.600.195). This form verifies that coaches, volunteers, athletes, and parents/guardians have completed concussion and sudden cardiac arrest awareness training before access to district facilities is granted.
- Facility Rentals Payment Portal - Allows renters to pay their facility rental fees securely via credit card or other electronic methods.
