Progress Update: Rogers High School Admin Roof Repairs Complete, Classroom Building Work Underway

Rogers High School Admin Roof Repairs Complete, Classroom Building Work Underway

Capital Levy-funded roof repair work at Rogers High School is moving steadily forward this summer. The Administration Building is now fully complete, with all dry-rotted roof eaves cut back and replaced, new fascia boards and flashing installed, and a new external gutter and downspout system in place. With that work wrapped up, crews have shifted to the Main Classroom Building, where similar dry rot conditions were found. Prep work is underway, including cutting back rotted eaves, reinforcing exposed beams, and installing updated drainage components. Original wood sunshades were removed and will be replaced with low-maintenance, galvanized steel versions designed to withstand the elements. The classroom building repairs are on schedule and will improve both the structural integrity and long-term durability of the facility.

This work is part of our proactive approach to facility maintenance using 2024 Capital Levy funds. Thank you to our community for making it possible.
