We are pleased to share a recent installation at Zeiger Elementary. In the past month, our teams successfully replaced the existing water heater with a state-of-the-art Energy Star 96% efficient tank. The previous unit, an 82% efficient tank installed in 1996, had a leaking shell and was in service for 28 years.
As part of our ongoing maintenance efforts, we are systematically replacing water heaters as required. This upgrade represents a significant improvement, bringing a 14% increase in energy efficiency.
We extend our appreciation for the hard work in ensuring the successful installation of the new tank.
